
1. Define date, number of persons and choose between the varieties of menus that we offer.
2. The Hotel charges according to the confirmed and guaranteed quantity as per the customer. You may increase the number of persons 24 hours before the event, but you may NOT reduce the quantity once the contract is in place.

4. Event Hours. The service covers 6 hours, if for any reason the limit is surpassed, the additional hour will be B/.40.00.
5. The room is totally air-conditioned for the occasion. We also offer the rental of chair covers for a cost of B/. 1.50 each, 0.50 cents for half a cover.

7. When celebrating your wedding, if you exceed 100 guests, the Hotel offers the happy couple the wedding suite (does not include food or beverages). Complimentary fruit arrangement and bottle of wine in the room.
8.Due to sanitation reasons, it is prohibited to take out left-over food from the banquet.
